Axcis Education is currently looking for a reliable teaching assistant with SEND experience to work in a special school that is located in the Hackney area, East London.
You will be supporting a small group of children with PMLD in KS2. To be the correct candidate for this role you should have previous experience working with SEND and should also have experience working with children who have psychical disabilities. A large volume of the children at the school are wheelchair users so there will be manual handling involved as well as personal care.
This role will start on 2nd of September 2020 and will be full time 8:30 - 16:00 Monday to Friday term time only. This is a position that will be available for the 2020/2021 academic year.
