The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers to provide tailored support and create an inclusive learning environment for students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) specifically catered to the needs of students with ADHD. • Employ specialized strategies to maintain students' focus and engagement during classroom activities. • Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them to organize tasks, manage their time efficiently, and develop self-regulation skills. • Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their academic and personal development while supporting their social and emotional needs. • Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and relevant professionals to monitor progress and adjust strategies as necessary. • Participate in training and professional development opportunities focused on the latest ADHD educational practices.
