Responsibilities: Support students with special educational needs (SEND) in a secondary classroom environment. Create a welcoming and inclusive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with teachers to implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs. Assist with classroom management and behaviour support. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students. Requirements: Previous experience in a SEND setting. A positive attitude and proactive approach.
