Axcis are looking for a qualified, enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational Teacher of Science for one of our secondary schools in Swindon. Someone who has the highest expectations of themselves and their pupils. If you provide high quality teaching and have a natural passion for improving the life chances of children then this could be the role for you. About the Role We wish to recruit a teacher who shares our vision that all pupils should leave with the skills to be able to appreciate science and relate it to the world they live in. As a Teacher of Science you will be expected to ensure, through effective Teaching and Learning, that all pupils are equipped to use and apply investigatory, analytical, interpreting and communication skills. About You We are looking for someone who: " is passionate about science and about helping all pupils succeed despite their background " has high professional standards " is committed to raising the achievement of all learners by ensuring teaching across the curriculum is of the highest quality " is able to make positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents alike " is able to plan and deliver innovative and inspirational lessons that engage pupils. We anticipate that there will still be a need to fill this vacancy either on the expected timescale (as many of the schools we work with will remain open to support SEND/Keyworker children) or when schools re-open.
