Job Title: Education Recruitment Consultant
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Education Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Liverpool. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting exceptional teaching professionals and support staff for educational institutions across Liverpool and the surrounding areas, whilst using your strong business development skills to attract new business and further develop existing relationships. You'll work in a rewarding environment, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the education sector. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage strong relationships with both schools and candidates. • Utilise a variety of recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent within the education sector. • Interview and screen potential candidates to match their skills and aspirations with suitable positions. • Provide exceptional client service, working to understand the exact needs of schools and offering tailored recruitment solutions. • Work to specific targets and KPIs, with the focus on placing quality candidates and building a sustainable talent pipeline. • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the education sector, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities. • Attend networking events, career fairs, and school functions to increase brand awareness and candidate attraction. • Advise both clients and candidates on industry standards, salary levels, and career opportunities. • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards within the education and recruitment industries. • Utilise our CRM system to manage candidate data, client information, and track all stages of the recruitment process. Skills and Experience: • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a target-driven role, ideally within the education sector. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong business development abilities and a proactive approach to building relationships. • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. • Great negotiation and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. • Familiarity with the UK education system and qualifications would be an advantage.
