As leaders in SEND recruitment, Axcis Education is currently looking to recruit Residential Support Workers to work the waking night shifts for one of our clients in Winsford. Our client is looking for individuals with previous care experience and a history of supporting children or adults with autism, learning difficulties, physical disabilities and complex needs. As a Residential Support Worker your responsibilities will include: preparing meals, assist with shopping trips, assist with and implement physical and learning activities, provide personal care. All shifts at this residential home are 12 hours in length - 8pm to 8am. This is a temporary position. We anticipate that there will still be a need to fill this vacancy either on the expected timescale (as many of the schools we work with will remain open to support SEND/Keyworker children) or when schools re-open.
