Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Axcis Education is looking for caring and resilient Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils in specialist schools across Salisbury. This is a flexible, part-time role where you can choose the days that suit your lifestyle, earning a competitive daily rate.
Working as a Supply Teaching Assistant in a specialist school means making a real difference to children who may find school challenging due to social, emotional, or behavioural needs. Your role will involve building positive relationships, encouraging engagement in learning, and supporting pupils in developing essential life and social skills.
We are looking for candidates who are:
Patient, adaptable, and resilient
Able to build trust and rapport with pupils quickly
Confident in supporting children with additional or complex needs
Passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning
