This role is ideal for someone who is patient, proactive, and committed to helping children focus, learn, and succeed. The Role: You will: • Provide 1:1 support to help a pupil maintain concentration during lessons. • Implement focus strategies such as chunking tasks, visual timetables, and movement breaks. • Encourage positive behaviour through praise, rewards, and clear boundaries. • Adapt activities to suit learning pace and style. • Liaise closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and parents to support progress.
