Job Title: Part time Band 6 Occupational Therapist needed for college in Morden - August 2020
London - SW
A SEND college located in Morden are looking for a part time, Band 6 Occupational Therapist , to start in August 2020. They are looking for someone with experience working with adults with learning difficulties and autism ( ideally in a college or SEND secondary setting). As well as someone with post-qualification or experience in sensory needs assessment and management. The centre located within the college is their non-residential, specialist centre for 16-25 year olds with autistic spectrum disorder and complex needs. You will be joining a dedicated specialist team who work together to deliver bespoke education, therapy and training for young adults aged 16 to 25. This role is 2-3 days per week ( Monday to Thursday), and the college are flexible in terms of days worked. This is a long term post which could lead to a permanent contract directly with the college. Working hours are 8.30am to 4pm. Salary would be band 6 equivalent, £31,533 - £39,036 (FTE) - dependent on experience, which will be calculated into an hourly rate ( whilst working via the agency). INDJOBS

This is a temporary position unless otherwise stated.

We anticipate that there will still be a need to fill this vacancy either on the expected timescale (as many of the schools we work with will remain open to support SEND/Keyworker children) or when schools re-open.
