Job Title: English Tutor, Denbighshire
Axcis Education urgently requires an English Tutor to work alongside a looked after child who is studying towards their GCSEs. You will be supporting the child in a mainstream secondary school but on a 1:1 basis. The school is based in Rhyl, Denbighshire. Applicants must be qualified to teacher English with qualified teacher status (QTS) and be fully registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) And have a DBS. The role is on a part-time basis over 3 or 4 days, you will be paid up to £30 per hour. Applicants will be expected to fill out a feedback form at the end of each session so that the Childs progress can be monitored. Please note: The details of this job are correct as of the start of the school closures. We anticipate that there will still be a need to fill this vacancy either on the expected timescale (as many of the schools we work with will remain open to support SEND/Keyworker children) or when schools re-open.
