Axcis are working closely with a mainstream Primary School based in Hillingdon. The school are looking for a confident and resilient Teaching Assistant who obtains strong behaviour management skills/experience to join their team. The role includes supporting a young boy in a year 4 class on a 1:1 basis who has a recent diagnosis of ADHD. This role is ideal for a candidate who has previous experience in a similar role, or up to 6 months classroom based experience. The school aims to build the foundations for a successful education and encourages each child to discover the joy of learning and to excel in areas where they have a special talent whether this is in science, in sport, in drama, in art, in music. The Job; Location - Hillingdon Pay - 70.00 - 80.00 per day Hours - 08.30 - 16.00 Monday to Friday To be considered : - Reliable and Punctual. - Open-minded, positive and have a friendly approach. - Ability to develop rapport with the learners and staff within a School. - Confident, patient and calm, with a desire to get the best out of the children you work with. - Ability to deal with the physical challenges of the job. What you will need: - An enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply for one. - Have the Right to Work in the UK. - 2 Graded References from previous employers.
