We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant team at a dynamic school in Worcester. The ideal candidate will be proactive and caring providing tailored support to pupils with diverse learning needs. This role offers both full-time long term positions, making it ideal for individuals passionate about supporting students in a nurturing and professional environment. You will be working with students aged 8-18 who all have a diagnosis of Autism with some pupils having additional needs including SEMH, ADHD, and PDA. You will be a confidant and resilient person who can provide both group and one-to-one support. Location: Worcester Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm Pay: From £89 per day (PAYE) depending on experience Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: • Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or within small groups • Work closely with teachers, parents, and SENCOs to deliver individualised support plans. • Contribute to a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment. • Support pupils across all key stages, from primary through to post-16.
