SEND Teaching assistant required for a child with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.
We have an SEND teaching assistant job for a qualified teaching assistant with experience of working with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties pupils.
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with 1:1 experience?
Do you have experience supporting young people with SMEH as a care worker or teaching assistant?
Axcis Education are recruiting for a SMEH Teaching Assistant to support a 15 yr old boy on a 1:1 basis.
This role will be full time and long term starting ASAP. You will be a role model, mentor and provide daily support to the Boy, you will be working with and will need to be able to establish a good working relationship with HIM.
Resilience is an essential trait as the child has challenging behaviour and experience working with children with SMEH is a must.
You must have a calm nature and the ability to de-escalate situations.
The successful candidate will be creative, flexible and have a natural talent for working with students who exhibit challenging behaviour.
The role will be on a fulltime basis between the hours of 8.15am to 12.15pm, Monday-Friday term time only
