Contract: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm)
Pay: From £89 per day

An inclusive all-age school in Redditch is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis, starting as soon as possible.
This role is suited to a committed and dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting pupils with special educational needs across a range of age groups. You will play an important part in providing consistent support, helping pupils feel safe, engaged, and supported throughout the school day.
Your Role Will Include:
• Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assisting with learning activities across different age ranges
• Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and engagement
• Supporting pupils’ emotional and social development
• Working closely with teaching and support staff across the school
We Are Looking For:
• Experience supporting children or young people with special educational needs (essential)
• A reliable, committed, and dedicated approach
• Confidence working with pupils of different ages
• A calm, patient, and supportive manner
• A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
