About the Role: As a SEND teaching assistant, you will provide support within the classroom to help pupils reach their full potential. Your role may involve: • Providing general in-class support to pupils and the class teacher • Working one-to-one with individual pupils who require additional support • Supporting small group activities to aid learning and development • Helping students with communication, engagement and emotional regulation • Assisting with daily classroom routines and creating a positive learning environment Training & Support Axcis Education is committed to supporting your professional development.
