Job Description:
We are seeking a strong and experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in N17 for Summer Term 1, starting 13th April. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Year 4 Teacher with a solid understanding of the British National Curriculum who can quickly integrate into the classroom and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum
Teach a Year 4 class and maintain strong classroom management
Assess, record, and report on pupils’ progress
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Work collaboratively with staff and support the wider school community
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4
Strong knowledge of the British National Curriculum
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
Ability to start 13th April
