About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Music Teacher to join our team in Brent on a part-time basis (Monday–Wednesday). The successful candidate will inspire students through engaging music lessons, helping them develop musical skills, creativity, and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality music lessons to students across relevant key stages
Encourage participation in a variety of musical activities including singing, instrumental performance, and composition
Support students of different abilities to develop their musical understanding and performance skills
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
Contribute to school performances, concerts, and extracurricular music activities where appropriate
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience teaching music in a school setting
Strong subject knowledge and passion for music education
Ability to motivate and inspire students of varying abilities
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
