Job Title: PE Cover Supervisor Location: Wandsworth, London Salary: £90 per day Hours: 8:00am – 3:30pm Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and energetic PE Cover Supervisor for daily supply work in Wandsworth, London, who can ensure that students remain focused and engaged in physical education activities in the absence of their regular teacher. Responsibilities: - Supervise classes for the physical education department, ensuring a constructive environment. - Deliver pre-prepared PE lessons to students across a range of abilities and year groups. - Promote a positive learning atmosphere, managing behaviour in line with school policies. - Facilitate sports activities, ensuring safe and effective use of equipment. - Record and report attendance at lessons in line with school policy. - Provide feedback to the regular class teacher on student engagement and progress. - Adhere to school health and safety guidelines. - Encourage student participation and help to nurture their skills and sportsmanship. - Act as a role model, demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm for sport and fitness.
