Job Title: Level 3 Early Years Teacher Job Location: London, SW15 Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Pay: Paid to scale Start Date: Monday 1st September We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Early Years Teacher to join our vibrant childcare team. The successful candidate will possess a profound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children under 5 years of age. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver the EYFS curriculum effectively, ensuring that each child’s learning and development requirements are met. • Plan and execute educational activities that are both engaging and age-appropriate, creating a stimulating learning environment. • Conduct regular observations and assessments to monitor children’s progress and identify any additional needs. • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues to create a supportive and nurturing environment. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children’s development and progress. • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the setting. Qualifications and Skills: • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. • Proven experience working within an EYFS setting. • Strong understanding of child development and early years educational practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Commitment to equal opportunities and an understanding of diversity and inclusion.
