This is a full-time position providing both 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN, helping them engage with their learning and achieve their developmental goals. About the Role: You will play a key part in supporting the pupil’s individual needs, promoting both learning and personal development. The ideal candidate will bring energy, patience, and a proactive approach, supporting the child in both classroom and outdoor environments. Your ability to keep up with a very active learner is essential, so a dynamic and responsive attitude is key.
