Timesheets
Axcis must receive an approved timesheet in order to be able to process any funds. The process to complete your timesheet is quick and easy. Each week you will need to log in to the Axcis app or Axcis website on a Friday, select online timesheets, fill in any days you have worked and submit your timesheet for approval. This will be submitted to the school, who will approve your timesheet. It is important you input the correct days or hours that you have worked.
You will not have access to your timesheet portal until you have started your placement. You will receive an email when your first timesheet is available in your portal, once you have received this you will have access.
Deadlines
Axcis and the umbrella companies we work with operate a weekly payroll which is a week in arrears. As long as approved timesheets are received in time you will receive your pay on the Friday the week after you completed the work. Payments will reach your account by 6pm at the latest but should normally clear by noon.
Please make sure you submit your timesheet on Friday each week or by 6pm Monday of the following week at the very latest. This gives the approver time to approve your timesheet and also gives Axcis time to chase the client for approval if necessary. Failure to submit your timesheet within the deadline may result in delayed payment.
Once your online timesheet has been approved you will receive a copy via email. If your timesheet is received after our payroll deadline then your pay will be processed the following week.
