Secondary SEND Teaching Assistant (PMLD / Complex Needs / Personal Care) North West London £90–£100 per day (dependent on experience) Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 4:00pm About the Role A highly specialist secondary school in North West London is seeking a compassionate and resilient SEND Teaching Assistant to support students with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) and complex needs. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong, nurturing individual who is comfortable supporting with personal care, sensory learning, and communication needs. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure pupils receive a holistic and individualised education. This position would particularly suit candidates with a support worker, care, or healthcare background looking to transition into education.
