Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Are you passionate about the outdoors, sports, and helping children thrive? Our client, a specialist primary SEMH school, is seeking a dedicated Forest School Lead & Teaching Assistant to join their team. This permanent, long-term position runs:
School: SEMH
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm, with Wednesdays until 4:30pm
Pay: £13.85 - £14 per hour
In this role, you will inspire and support children through outdoor learning and sports-based activities, fostering confidence, self-esteem, and motivation. You’ll lead Forest School sessions, engage children in physical and creative challenges, and support their emotional and social development. A love of the outdoors, enthusiasm for sport, and the ability to motivate and build strong relationships with children is essential.
