Learning Support Assistant Location: Swanage, Dorset Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, Term Time Only Pay Rate: £90 per day Start Date: ASAP We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Swanage. The school is dedicated to developing pupils’ knowledge, skills, and values, preparing them to become confident, responsible citizens. With a strong focus on supporting the development of the whole child, the school fosters key values for life and provides a caring, inclusive environment for every pupil. This role involves providing 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN), as well as assisting with classroom activities to promote engagement and progress for all learners.
