This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and eager to support young adults in achieving their academic and personal goals. Key Responsibilities: • Provide in-class support to students under the direction of teaching staff. • Assist students with learning difficulties or disabilities, both in and out of the classroom. • Support the delivery of engaging lessons across a range of subjects. • Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources. • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. • Monitor and report student progress to teaching staff. • Provide 1:1 or small group intervention as needed. What We’re Looking For: • A caring and patient attitude with excellent interpersonal skills. • Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting. • A good standard of general education (minimum of GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths). • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals. • A proactive and supportive approach to learning.
