A specialist SEND school in Windsor, catering for pupils aged 5–16 with a range of complex needs, is seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join their team. About the role: You will teach and support pupils with: Challenging behaviour Complex learning needs Communication difficulties Working closely with a skilled team of support staff and therapists, your role will be to plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to each pupil’s individual learning style and emotional needs. The ideal candidate will have: ? QTS and extensive teaching experience within SEND settings ? Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to keep children with short attention spans engaged ?
