Level 2 Teaching Assistants – Secondary Schools Start Date: September | Full-Time & Long-Term Roles Available Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Are you experienced in supporting students with a range of special educational needs and looking for a rewarding role in a secondary school setting? We are currently seeking Level 2 Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated teams in various secondary schools from September. These roles are ideal for individuals who are committed to helping students overcome barriers to learning and thrive both academically and personally. We particularly welcome applications from candidates who have experience working with children with high needs, EHCPs, and a variety of SEND, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. Main Duties: - Provide support for students who require help to overcome barriers to learning. - Deliver specialist support in a specific area of the curriculum. Work with small groups of students under the supervision of the teacher, including the delivery of therapy programmes and the implementation of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs). - Assist the teacher in maintaining a safe, positive classroom and outdoor environment. - Supervise small groups and occasionally whole classes for sessions/lessons as required, both in and outside the classroom.
