Job Title: SEN Teacher
SEND Teacher – Secondary School | Islington | September Start
Axcis Education is working with a fantastic secondary specialist school in Islington to recruit a dedicated and experienced SEND Teacher to join their team from September 2025.
This is a full-time role supporting secondary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, learning difficulties, and communication needs. The school has a welcoming, inclusive ethos and is committed to providing a supportive environment where all students can grow both academically and personally.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience (PAYE)
Ideal Candidate:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
Has previous experience working with SEND learners, ideally in a secondary or specialist setting
Confident in planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet a variety of learning needs
Uses effective classroom management and positive behaviour support strategies
Passionate about inclusive education and helping students with additional needs succeed
