Position: Teacher Location: Weybridge, Surrey Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00?am – 3:30?pm) Salary: Paid to scale About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to join our dynamic faculty in Weybridge, Surrey. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, curriculum-aligned instruction to students, fostering a supportive and stimulating learning environment. Responsibilities include lesson planning, assessment, classroom management, and collaboration with colleagues and parents to promote student achievement. Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver engaging lessons across the assigned subject(s) in line with the National Curriculum. • Assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records. • Implement inclusive teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners. • Contribute to staff meetings, professional development, and school improvement initiatives. • Uphold safeguarding policies and maintain a safe, respectful classroom atmosphere. Essential Qualifications & Experience • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England. • Minimum of 2?years teaching experience at the appropriate key stage(s). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Commitment to continuous professional development and best teaching practice.
