The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and supporting students in their academic and personal growth. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of students. • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing timely feedback to encourage development. • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and respect. • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to education. • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching strategies and stay current with educational practices. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field. • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. • Proven experience teaching in a primary or secondary setting, with a track record of positive student outcomes. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff.
