Looking for your next SEND challenge? We are one of the leading suppliers of SEND recruitment and have work in pupil referral units, alternative provisions, SEND schools and mainstream schools across all ages. So if you have experience teaching students with special needs then please get in touch!
We can offer you flexible ad-hoc work from on the day supply to short and long term roles. This is a great way to gain experience working with different ages and needs and you can choose the days you work so you can be as flexible as you want. Many of our teachers use supply as a way to juggle studying and childcare. Our relationships with our schools are important to us; we pride ourselves on our ability to forge long term partnerships. We often receive fantastic feedback on the candidates we place.
For on the day supply you will need to be up and ready to accept bookings in the mornings. If you have pre planned work you can deliver effectively in the classroom we want to hear from you. You will need to treat every assignment as if it is a permanent job representing Axcis with a professional, organised and hard working approach. We want you to be able to quickly build rapport with your fellow staff members and pupils.
If your DBS isn't on the update service you will need to get a new one which will cost £50 and we will also need a minimum of two references. We pay weekly on a Friday, a week in arrears and Axcis offers competitive rates of pay, a fantastic referral system (which pays up to £250 for referring your friends or family members to us) as well as useful SEND resources in our giveaways (see our Facebook page for more information on this!) Don't delay - apply today for this excellent opportunity. If you don't have a CV ready, or haven't registered with Axcis yet, just give Charise Clarke a call on 01173 736127 to discuss this vacancy further and find out if you'd be suitable.
