Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant – Year 1 (1:1 Support) Location: Near North Ealing Station Start Date: May 2026 Contract: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 4:00pm) SEND Teaching Assistant – Year 1 (1:1 Support) We are working with a warm, welcoming, and nurturing primary school located within walking distance of North Ealing Station. The Role This is a full-time 1:1 support role working with a Year 1 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The pupil displays highly challenging and disruptive behaviour, so this role requires a confident, resilient, and experienced Teaching Assistant who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing behaviour, building trust, and supporting the pupil to engage positively with learning.
