Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant

What You'll Be Doing
As a SEND TA, you'll work closely with teachers and higher-level support staff to tailor support for pupils, either one-on-one or within small groups. Daily responsibilities may include:
Supporting children in managing emotions and behaviour
Promoting independence, self-esteem, and communication
Assisting in therapeutic sessions and outdoor learning
Adapting learning materials to meet individual needs
Who We're Looking For

Experienced in supporting children or young adults with SEND (particularly ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or anxiety)
