Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant – Autism Specialist
Location: Reading
Start: October 2025
Salary: From £89 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

About the Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you’ll be:
• Encouraging communication, interaction and independence in pupils with autism.
• Supporting teachers to deliver engaging and accessible learning experiences.
• Helping to create a safe, structured and nurturing environment.
• Providing personal care where required, always with dignity and respect.
• Collaborating closely with therapists, teachers and other specialists.
