Job Title: SEND Teacher - PMLD & SLD - Lambeth FULL-TIME
JOB LOCATION:
London - SW
Axcis Education are currently looking for a diligent SEND PMLD & SLD Teacher on behalf of a great special school based in Lambeth. The role will involve teaching a PMLD class two times a week, and an SLD class three times a week. The school is a special secondary school, as such a QTS as well as experience teaching that age group (11-18) is required. Additionally, as a result of the needs, primary trained and experienced teachers are also urged to apply. The location of the school next to a rail station, and its proximity to major transport hubs locally with tubes and buses easily accessible make it a great place to work. The staff are super friendly and welcoming also, with ample support with new starters. As the role involes working extensively within SEN, PMLD and SLD experience in a teaching capacity are a must. This is a full-time position to start in January. Role requirements (all essential): - QTS - PMLD and SLD experience. - Availability for the full-time hours. This is a temporary position. If you are interested, then please contact Mustaf Salah at Axcis Education on 020 7580 2956.

This is a temporary position unless otherwise stated.

Please note: The details of this job are correct as of the start of the school closures. We anticipate that there will still be a need to fill this vacancy either on the expected timescale (as many of the schools we work with will remain open to support SEND/Keyworker children) or when schools re-open. We are therefore continuing to accept applications but please bear with us as there may be a delay on the listed start date due to the fact that the situation is continually evolving.

All staff will be subject to our stringent vetting procedures, which include an enhanced DBS, full work history, references and a face-to-face interview.
