The role involves supporting children in Reception, Early Years and KS1 on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis, particularly pupils with ASD, non-verbal communication needs, and complex or behavioural challenges. You’ll be helping them access learning, develop communication skills and build confidence through structured and engaging activities.
