Job Title: Exam Invigilator
Exam Invigilator – Secondary School – Barking & Dagenham £12–£14/hour | Secondary | Barking & Dagenham | Part-Time | Ongoing Axcis are working with a well-organised secondary school in Barking & Dagenham who are seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support during mock exams and formal examination periods throughout the academic year. The school has clear systems in place, a calm exam environment and a supportive staff team who value consistency and attention to detail. The school is easily accessible via public transport and also offers parking for staff, making it a convenient option for local candidates. In this role, you will be: • Supervising students during examinations to ensure exam regulations are followed. • Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials. • Ensuring a calm, quiet and focused environment throughout exam sessions. • Supporting students with any exam-related queries in line with exam board guidance. • Reporting any irregularities or concerns to the exams officer or senior staff. What we’re looking for: • A reliable, punctual and professional approach. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. • Confidence managing groups of students in a formal setting. • Previous exam invigilation experience is helpful but not essential (training provided).
