We are seeking a dedicated and resilient SEMH Teacher to join our specialist team at one of our amazing primary schools, a nurturing yet dynamic setting for students with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) – or relevant teaching qualification. • Experience working with students with SEMH needs or within an alternative provision. • Exceptional behaviour management skills and a trauma-informed approach. • The ability to build trust and strong, respectful relationships with young people. • A sense of humour, patience, and a genuine commitment to inclusive education. Why Join Us? • A highly supportive and experienced team. • Access to ongoing CPD and specialist training (e.g., de-escalation, trauma-informed practice). • Opportunities for progression and leadership. • A chance to make a real impact every single day.

If you are interested, then please click on the apply button and contact Jake White on 020 7580 2956 l Ext: 1068.

If you are not interested in this role but know someone else who might be, don't forget that we offer £50 in shopping vouchers if you refer a friend to us and we place them in the job. For more details, contact your local Axcis office.

This is a temporary position, unless stated otherwise.

Axcis is an equal opportunities employer and as such we do not discriminate based on age, gender, disability, race or any other equal opportunities criteria.

The company is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
