Secondary School Teaching Assistants – Stockport & Tameside Axcis Education is seeking experienced and dedicated Secondary Teaching Assistants to join our team and support our partner schools across the Stockport and Tameside boroughs. With the new school year now in full swing, this is the perfect time to secure a rewarding role supporting young learners. About the Role: - Supporting students across KS3 & KS4 within mainstream and SEND settings - Providing 1:1 or small group support to help pupils reach their potential - Working closely with teachers and school staff to create a positive learning environment -Managing classroom behaviour and encouraging student engagement What We’re Looking For: - Previous or recent experience as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school setting - A patient, adaptable, and supportive approach to working with young people - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students - Reliability and flexibility to meet the needs of our schools Key Details: Locations: Stockport & Tameside Pay: £90.00 - £110 PAYE, paid weekly (Experiance Dependant) Start: ASAP – with schools now back in session Hours: 8:30am-15:30/15:45pm If you’re passionate about supporting students in their secondary education and are ready to start work straight away, we’d love to hear from you.
