Pay: Starting from £89 per day, depending on experience and qualifications

We are seeking dedicated individuals with a passion for supporting SEND students in a secondary school in Oldbury. This is a full-time position in a mainstream school, providing one-to-one or small group support to students.
You will play a vital role in helping students with diverse learning needs access education, achieve their individual goals and thrive in a supportive setting. Working closely with our experienced staff, you will assist in ensuring students receive the necessary guidance, care and encouragement they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one to one and small groups support to students with additional needs
• Assist with classroom activities, ensuring all students are fully engaged and supported.
• Have a calm and patient approach, with the ability to handle a variety of additional needs
• Help students develop independence, confidence and resilience through structured guidance and encouragement
Requirements:
• Previous experience working in a school setting is essential.
• Reliable, patient, and adaptable with a caring and supportive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• This role is initially temporary with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
