Contract: Full-time (08:30am – 4:00pm)
About the School
We are working with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Hillingdon, conveniently located near Hayes & Harlington Station. The school provides a supportive environment and places a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality Early Years education.
The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join the Early Years team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care and education, while acting as a positive role model within the setting.
Key Responsibilities
-Act as a role model within the Early Years setting, consistently implementing the EYFS framework
-Support and contribute to the room development plan, ensuring Ofsted requirements are met
-Work closely with the Room Leader to embed nursery initiatives
-Take responsibility (or shared responsibility) for specific Early Years projects or initiatives
-Follow and model best safeguarding practices at all times
-Maintain high standards in line with room audits and daily practice
Skills & Experience Required
-Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
-Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework
-Awareness of the Ofsted inspection framework
-Experience working effectively as part of a team
-Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service
