An outstanding secondary school in Finchley is seeking a charismatic, enthusiastic, and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive and ambitious team.

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing tailored support to pupils with additional learning needs. You will play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to succeed.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has a naturally positive, energetic, and approachable personality
Builds strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
Is confident supporting young people both in and outside the classroom
Demonstrates patience, empathy, and resilience
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is passionate about education and making a genuine difference
Experience working with young people or SEN students is desirable but not essential
