Axcis Education is working in partnership with a number of primary schools across Stockport who are seeking experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants / Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join their teams from January 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for confident, skilled practitioners looking for rewarding roles within supportive school environments.
The Role:
• Supporting learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Delivering pre-planned lessons and interventions
• Providing whole-class, small group and 1:1 support
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
• Working collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff
We’re looking for candidates who:
• Hold a Level 3 TA qualification or HLTA status
• Have recent experience working in UK primary schools
• Are confident leading lessons and managing the classroom
• Have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• Are reliable, adaptable and passionate about education
