Ilford, East London Full-time | Term-time only September 2026 start A welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Ilford is seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to lead a small class of pupils with diverse learning needs. About the Role This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced HLTA to take a lead role in delivering high-quality learning to a class of 8 pupils, supported by 3 Teaching Assistants. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, managing the classroom environment, and ensuring each child reaches their full potential. The role involves working with pupils with a range of needs, so adaptability and a nurturing approach are key.
