Axcis Education is partnering with a college in Radstock to find a compassionate and dedicated Graduate Learning Support Worker to join their team. About the Role: • As a Graduate Learning Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Assisting students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis. • Supporting students in engaging with hands-on vocational programs. • Being a positive role model, helping students overcome challenges and celebrate their achievements. • Collaborating with a dedicated team of teachers and specialists to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. We’re seeking individuals who: • Have a genuine passion for working with young people. • Possess a patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach to supporting students. • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Are eager to learn and grow in an educational setting.
