About the Role: • As a Graduate Learning Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Assisting students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis. • Supporting students in engaging with hands-on vocational programs. • Being a positive role model, helping students overcome challenges and celebrate their achievements. • Collaborating with a dedicated team of teachers and specialists to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
