Behaviour Mentor We are seeking a committed and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support children and young people with behavioural, social, emotional and mental health needs within an alternative or specialist education setting. This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about inclusion, positive behaviour strategies and helping learners build confidence, self-esteem and engagement with education. The role: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work with a defined caseload of pupils, providing targeted support both in and out of the classroom. You will act as a positive role model, supporting learners to overcome barriers to learning, improve behaviour, and make progress academically and socially. You will work closely with teaching staff, senior leaders, parents/carers and external professionals to ensure consistent support and high expectations for all learners.
