About the Role:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside teachers and the SEND department to support students with a range of special educational needs—both in class and through targeted interventions. You’ll help students overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
• Experience working with young people with SEND (in schools, youth work, or care settings)
• A calm, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting diverse needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong sense of empathy and a passion for education
