Job Title: Teaching Assistant
SEND Teaching Assistant – Complex Needs – Havering £100–£115 per day | Full-Time | Long-Term | Havering Axcis Education is looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to work within a primary setting in Havering, supporting pupils with Autism, complex needs, communication difficulties and sensory needs. This role would suit someone who is comfortable working with children who may require a high level of support, including non-verbal pupils, personal care, sensory regulation and individualised learning. Experience within a special school, ARP, SEN room or complex-needs provision would be particularly valuable. The school is looking for someone who is patient, nurturing and confident, but who also understands how to encourage independence and support pupils without over-supporting them.
