Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Teaching Assistant | 8:30am – 3:30pm | Term Time Only

Our education recruitment team is currently supporting a friendly and inclusive primary school in South London with the appointment of a dedicated Teaching Assistant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or someone looking to build a career within education. The school is seeking a proactive and nurturing individual who can support pupils both academically and socially throughout the school day.
The Role
Working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm, you will:
Support class teachers in delivering engaging learning activities.
Work with small groups and individual pupils.
Assist children who require additional support to access learning.
Promote positive behaviour and engagement.
Help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
Have experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred).
Be patient, caring and adaptable.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
