SEND Teaching Assistant – KS1 (1:1 Support) Location: Near North Ealing Station Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm) About the School We are working with a welcoming and nurturing primary school located within walking distance of North Ealing Station. The Role This is a rewarding full-time position supporting a KS1 pupil (Year 1) on a 1:1 basis. The pupil has Autism (ASD), SEMH needs, and some complex behaviours, and is high-functioning. The school is looking for someone who can strike the right balance between being firm and consistent with boundaries, while also being bubbly, positive, and caring in their approach. Building a strong, trusting relationship will be key to supporting both the child’s learning and emotional regulation.
